Customer Refund Policy
There is a $5.00 per ticket service charge that will not be refunded on canceled events. This refund will be by company check or credit card.
If paid by credit card, there are no refunds or exchanges on rescheduled events.
Boston Red Sox Tickets website is not responsible for seating changes made by venue, or unusual stage setups that may hamper view. Mailing and delivery charges are non refundable.
